When you book a course we need your preferred choice and a second choice. If your first choice is full, we will book you into your second choice. we make the best effort to keep course availability updated on this site. As we receive postal bookings, courses sometimes fill-up before information can be updated. We need one booking form for each individual attending camp creative.

Adults: Early Bird Special until 30TH SEPT.
full 5 days $275
half day courses $165
After Sept. 30 –full 5 days $295
Half day courses $180
Under 16 years- full 5 days $185
half day courses $115

Concessions: Govt. Pensioners and Social Security holders may deduct $15 from full 5-day course fees.

No discounts for half-day courses or for young people.

Select your course carefully. As most courses will be filled before the start of the Camp, make your course selection very carefully as it is usually not possible to make a course change at the Camp. Changes can only be permitted under exceptional circumstances and will depend on vacancies and agreement of the tutor concerned.

Other costs: Some courses may have additional costs to cover materials, model fees, etc. You will be advised of these costs when your application is acknowledged, but be aware that some of these additional costs may not be known until the Camp is held.

Child Care: If you or your child is doing a course and that course is situated off-campus, or you are not attending a course but your child is, you can pre-book childcare for mornings (8.30-9am), lunch (12-1pm) and afternoons (4-4.30pm). For children aged 6–14 years, the cost is just $15 for the five days, payable with the application.

Payments: All bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Early Bird payments must be received by Sept 30.

No bookings can be guaranteed until the application form and full payment are received.

Cancellation: Applications cancelled after November 1st will incur a 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after December 15th.

Camp Creative Membership: Renew your annual membership or become a new member for just $5 and receive advance notice about future camps.

Booking a course
There are 2 ways to book a course:

1. Using this website (see "How to book using this website" below).

2. Download and print as many printable booking forms as you need. Fill them out and post to Camp Creative!

You may decide that if you can't do your first choice course, you don't want to do any! In which case choose the "no 2nd choice course" button.

You will automatically be taken to the booking form. From there, fill out your details and click on "submit". Once you have finished booking for everyone in your group click on "proceed to payments". Fill out your credit card details on our secure server, and submit.
