When you book a course we need your preferred choice and a second choice. If your first choice is full, we will book you into your second choice. we make the best effort to keep course availability updated on this site. As we receive postal bookings, courses sometimes fill-up before information can be updated. We need one booking form for each individual attending camp creative.

TUITION FEES
Adults: Early Bird Special until 30TH SEPT.
full 5 days $235
half day courses $130
After Sept. 30 –full 5 days $260
Half day courses $150
Under 16 years- full 5 days $165
half day courses $ 95

CONCESSIONS: Pensioners and Social Security holders may deduct $15 from full 5 day course fees. No discounts for half day courses or for young people.

PAYMENTS: Early Bird payments must be received by Sept. 30th. All bookings after this to be paid in full at time of booking. No bookings can be guaranteed until full payment received.

CANCELLATIONS: Applications cancelled after December 15th 2008 incur a 50% cancellation fee and NO REFUNDS will be given after January 2nd 2009, including at the Camp.

SELECT YOUR COURSE CAREFULLY: Course sizes are limited and changing courses can be only permitted under special circumstances.

OTHER COSTS: Some courses may have additional costs to cover materials, model fees etc. You will be advised of these costs when your application is acknowledged however be aware that some costs may not be known until the Camp is held.

CHILDCARE: If you or your child has a course that is situated off-campus or you are not attending a course and your child is, then you can pre-book childcare for mornings between 8.30 and 9am, lunchtime 12-1pm and afternoons 4-4.30pm. This is for children aged 5-14 and cost is $10 total for five days, payable with application.

Camp Creative Membership
Renew or become a member for just $5 annually and receive advance notice about future camps.

Booking a course
There are 2 ways to book a course:

1. Using this website (see "How to book using this website" below).

2. Download and print as many printable booking forms as you need. Fill them out and post to Camp Creative!

You may decide that if you can't do your first choice course, you don't want to do any! In which case choose the "no 2nd choice course" button.

You will automatically be taken to the booking form. From there, fill out your details and click on "submit". Once you have finished booking for everyone in your group click on "proceed to payments". Fill out your credit card details on our secure server, and submit.
