Suitable for everyone – no experience required – from shower singers to professional singers, and of course, those who think they can’t sing at all.
Experiencing the potential of our speaking and singing voice, we also explore many practical life-skills – self-empowering communication, stillness, active listening and the self-care that naturally happens when we honour our expression.
What a difference it makes to our expression when we have the ability to practice stillness and connection in our daily life, and how naturally this heals old fears and blocks that have hindered our expression.
“Profound and fun, leaves you feeling connected, energised and inspired”
As we have fun developing our relationship with voice and expression we naturally build confidence and presence .
This course has been accepted as a Professional Development activity.
