Pure Pencil

Weather permitting, a morning of ‘urban drawing’ will be planned. With a wide and varied number of subjects to explore you will discover how to get the best from these mediums. An experienced art tutor, Linda will demonstrate all the techniques she uses in an easy to follow step by step approach; supported by one-on-one tuition and a comprehensive workbook you can take away with you. Some reference photos and still life materials are supplied, but students are encouraged to include their own photo references and ‘find’ their own objects. Her classes are quite structured, but allow great freedom for discovery of self-expression and joy through the wonder of the natural world.

Be prepared for the unexpected, lots of fun and to take a few risks with your pencils! (Class size up to 14, age range 16 to 96, some drawing experience advised but beginners are most welcome – beginner to advanced students.)
