Ian 'Mac' McArthur has taught many students, both stone cutting and jewellery manufacturing, over the years. Many have continued in a professional capacity.
Mac's experience as a designer, manufacturer and teacher gives him the ability to bring out the inherent creativitity within each student, from the initial conceptual drawing through to the construction phase, and onto the polish and final finish.
Mac has the ability to facilitate a positive and fun working environment whilst connecting students to trade jewellery techniques and the artists process. Check out his website www.macsopals.com
