During the Course, Richard will be assisted by his regular bridge partner, Lyndall.

You’ll start with the fundamentals and then progress through bidding and learning how to assess your hand’s potential and communicate effectively with your partner.
We will also cover how to respond when your opponents bid. At the end of the week you will have the foundations to play a competent and enjoyable game of bridge even if you have never played cards before.
-
A very useful book to have is Paul Marston's 'Introduction to Bridge'. However, it is only an optional purchase and it is not essential for you to buy a copy.
