Class overview summary and general housekeeping.
We will begin with talking about food is medicine.
Our first recipes will involve the power of supporting the digestive systems.
Then students will learn the power of fermented foods.
Recipes such as miso soup, broths and pickled red cabbage.
The afternoon will involve talking about the importance of mental health and foods associated with this. Such as keto recipes, good fats and much more.
