Matt Sincock
Matt loves to help people create the space to discover their own self-healing and a real joy for life.
He draws on his training and practice in Qigong, martial arts, Zen Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Okido Yoga, Remedial Massage, Mindfulness, Japanese Psychology, Creative Writing, and his Deep Wilderness Experiences.
He lives in Bellingen, with a successful therapeutic practice, and teaches Qigong, Yoga, and First Aid.

Taiji (Tai-Chi) and Qigong, focus on moving your body mindfully with minimal physical or mental tension, creating relaxation, tranquility and health. Easy to learn, simple to practice.
