Matt Sincock

Matt loves to help people create the space to discover their own self-healing and a real joy for life.

He draws on his training and practice in Qigong, martial arts, Zen Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Okido Yoga, Remedial Massage, Mindfulness, Japanese Psychology, Creative Writing, and his Deep Wilderness Experiences.

He lives in Bellingen, with a successful therapeutic practice, and teaches Qigong, Yoga, and First Aid.

  • Taiji (Tai-Chi) and Qigong, focus on moving your body mindfully with minimal physical or mental tension, creating relaxation, tranquility and health. Easy to learn, simple to practice.

    Benefits:

  • Please bring the following on your first day of class:

    • Practicing the first twelve movements

    • Learning the next six movments

    • Qigong warm up exercises

    • Practicing the full eighteen movements

    • Practicing for Thursday’s evening performace of Taiji Qigong Shibashi in the park
