No particular experience is required.
You need to be open to sit in circle with others, with the ability to sit or lie still for at least 5 mins.

A Journal and Pen
Optional - A comfy cushion to sit on in circle
A piece of wood or cardboard x 2 for your Vision Board and Self-Care Plan
Any photographs that you would like to add to your vision board or self-care plan

COURSE TUTOR
Natalie Stevens
An experienced educator, yogi and supportive circle facilitator, Natalie invites you on a Yogic Journey to explore the themes of choice, resilience and hope whilst developing a Vision Board and Self-Care Plan for 2027.
Natalie is a 200hr Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, qualified Youth Worker and Counselling student who loves to share evidence informed yoga, practises for self regulation and strategies for wellbeing with people.
