A Yogic Journey: Exploring Choice, Resilience and Hope

$312.00

Designed for older teens and adults, this three-day course invites you to begin 2027 with clarity and purpose.

Through a blend of evidence-informed learning and embodied practice, students are invited to explore tools and strategies that support nervous system regulation, decision-making, resilience and hopeful thinking, whilst gaining insight into the neuroscience that informs these.

Each day offers opportunities for yoga, reflection, connection, experiential learning and facilitated discussion within a supportive group environment. Together, we explore themes of embodied choice-making, resilience and hope through invitational, experiential practices and learning exercises designed to encourage curiosity and self-awareness.

Mornings include an inclusive, gentle yoga class suitable for beginners and all levels of yoga, reflective journaling, embodied learning experiences, as well as formal and informal learning in circle. In the afternoons practical guidance, natural and recycled materials, as well as creative space are provided for you to develop a personalised 2027 Vision Board and a practical Self-Care Plan for 2027. To conclude each day, students are invited to experience yogic breath work and restorative Yoga Nidra.

Whether you are seeking renewed direction, sustainable wellbeing practices, or simply space to pause and reconnect with yourself, this journey offers an opportunity to reflect on your values, purpose and wellbeing while creating practical and achievable intentions for the year ahead.
