Flourishing in the Final Third: Purpose, Vitality, and Meaning Later in Life

$507.00

As life expectancy increases, many people now live a substantial “final third” of life—often 20 to 30 years—after careers peak and major family responsibilities shift.

This course invites participants to reimagine this season not as a period of decline, but as a time of continued growth, contribution, and flourishing. Drawing on insights from positive psychology, philosophy, poetry and literature, this short course offers reflective practices and inspiration to help individuals cultivate purpose, resilience, connection, and joy in later life.

Rather than simply adding years to life, this course focuses on adding life to years—helping participants live this season with depth, fulfillment, and exhuberance.

— Happy Camper Review
I didn’t really know what to expect but it’s definitely been one of the best things I’ve done. Marcus, you have given me such a valuable gift - I feel uplifted because of the “truths” we discovered together and emboldened by your words as I embark on this next stage. I greatly appreciate all that you have given me and your great generosity of spirit.
— Rosslyn Lam, author of For the Love of Difference
Absolutely wonder-filled! I’ve been challenged and supported and inspired. Marcus is so well read and a pleasure to listen to. The framework given, the gentle and varied suggestions on subject matter and the time to write was invaluable. So much to unpack, thank you Marcus.
