Start your wellness journey by learning how food can become your everyday medicine.

We'll explore the foundations of wholefood nutrition while preparing vibrant smoothies, protein-rich breakfasts, nourishing salads, fermented vegetables, healthy snacks and naturally sweet desserts. Throughout the day you'll discover how simple ingredients can support gut health, brain function, hormone balance and sustained energy.

You'll leave inspired with practical tips to make healthy eating enjoyable, affordable and easy to incorporate into everyday life.

DAY TWO - Gut Health, Immunity & Everyday Wellness

Discover why your gut is often called your "second brain" and how caring for your digestive system can improve immunity, mood and overall wellbeing.

Together we'll prepare fermented foods, comforting miso soup, homemade hummus and fl atbreads, immune-boosting herbal gummies and syrups, plus healthy treats to nourish the whole family.

You'll also learn about medicinal herbs, probiotics, digestive health and practical lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.

DAY THREE - Herbal Living & Natural Self-Care

Learn how to create beautiful handmade wellness products including herbal-infused oils, nourishing lip balms, relaxing bath salts and natural face masks using quality ingredients and traditional herbal knowledge.

We'll finish with refreshing wellness drinks, herbal teas and, weather permitting, a walk through the vegetable and herb garden to identify seasonal medicinal plants.

You'll leave feeling confident, empowered and equipped with practical skills to continue your wellness journey at home.

Together we will experience the joys of preparing meals, which have been created purposely to support your health. You will learn not only meals, but treats to die for and great little herbal products for your first aid kit.
